By accessing and using the NameSuites website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
NameSuites focuses on long-term premium-domain leasing and strategic collaboration or joint ventures. Purchase and lease-to-own may be available on selected names. All arrangements are subject to availability, review, and a separate written agreement. NameSuites may offer company-owned and third-party domains.
Brokerage and strategic advisory services are provided by DN Advisory, an affiliated company. Depending on the listing, DN Advisory may act as the exclusive broker or transaction advisor. NameSuites and DN Advisory are affiliated entities and are not unrelated or independent parties.
Domains are offered subject to availability, prior lease, prior sale, and owner approval. All domain pricing is available on request. The advertised starting rate of $25/month applies only to selected domains, not the entire portfolio. Rates, terms, purchase options, and eligibility are agreed individually in writing. Operating brands and unavailable domains are not offered. Not every listing is owned by NameSuites.
By submitting an inquiry, you consent to be contacted by NameSuites or its representatives regarding your interest in domain leasing, collaboration, or purchase options. Brokerage-related inquiries may be handled by DN Advisory, an affiliated company. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries.
A lease grants only the domain-use rights defined in the signed agreement and does not automatically transfer ownership. DNS access, hosting, email arrangements, registrar custody, payments, renewals, termination, and any purchase option are governed by that agreement. Hosting and email may require separate providers. Lease payments count toward a purchase only if expressly agreed. Lease-to-own transfers ownership only when its contractual requirements are met.
Submitting an inquiry or project proposal does not create a partnership, joint venture, funding commitment, or acquisition obligation. Contributions, commercial terms, responsibilities, and exit arrangements require a separate written agreement. Any request for NameSuites to acquire an aftermarket domain for leasing is subject to evaluation, seller availability, and agreed terms; acquisition is not guaranteed.
