Domain Leasing

A Premium Name. More Room to Grow.

Use a memorable premium web address without a large upfront purchase. Long-term domain leasing gives your brand room to launch and grow, with selected names from $25/month.

Reserve a domain for only $10 per month

Not ready to launch? Reserve an available domain for up to 12 months while you plan your next move. A reservation holds the name; using the domain requires a separate lease agreement. Subject to availability and confirmation.

Reservation FAQ

How does the $10 monthly reservation fee work?

The reservation fee is $10 for each month of your agreed reservation period. For example, 3 months costs $30 and a full 12 months costs $120 in total. The payment schedule and terms are confirmed with NameSuites before your reservation begins.

How does the 12-month reservation work?

You can reserve an available domain for an agreed period of up to 12 months while you plan your launch. Your start and end dates are confirmed with NameSuites. During that period, the domain is marked as reserved and is not offered for a new lease or reservation to someone else. Sending an inquiry alone does not reserve a domain; availability and confirmation are required.

Does a reservation let me use or own the domain?

No. A reservation holds the name while you prepare; it is not a domain lease or purchase. Using the domain for a website or email requires a separate lease agreement. Lease pricing and any purchase options are agreed separately.

What happens when my reservation ends?

The reservation covers only the agreed period, up to 12 months. If you want to launch with the domain, contact NameSuites before the end date to discuss a separate lease agreement. Do not assume the name will remain reserved or that a lease begins automatically.

02

Choose a Long-Term Lease

Selected premium domains start at $25/month. Monthly or annual rates, lease duration, and eligibility are quoted individually. Preserve your capital for business development and customer acquisition.

03

Agree on the Terms

We agree in writing on payments, permitted use, DNS and hosting control, renewal, termination, and any option to buy. A long-term lease is not automatically a lease-to-own plan.

04

Configure and Launch

After signing and your first cleared payment, DNS and hosting arrangements are enabled as agreed. You can build your site and configure professional email with your chosen providers. Registrar custody and ownership remain governed by the agreement; hosting and email services may be separate.

05

Renew, Extend, or Purchase

Your agreement defines renewal and extension options. Outright purchase and lease-to-own with monthly payments are also available on selected names. Ownership transfers only under the agreed purchase conditions; lease payments do not automatically build equity.

Lease a Domain from the Aftermarket

Tell us about a premium domain listed elsewhere. We can evaluate it and, if it aligns with our interests and agreed terms, may acquire it so you can lease it from NameSuites. No acquisition is guaranteed.
